These Terms cover ScanGo and BeFit, apps made by 21Builds in Delhi, India. Each app has its own section below.

Prices

ScanGo Premium: ₹99 for 30 days or ₹699 for 365 days. BeFit Pro: ₹129 per month or ₹999 per year. Payments are processed by Razorpay.ScanGo Premium: $2.99 for 30 days or $19.99 for 365 days. BeFit Pro: $3.99 for 30 days or $29.99 for 365 days. Your checkout may show the amount in your local currency at that day’s exchange rate. Payments are processed by PayPal.

ScanGo

These Terms apply when you use ScanGo, a web app made by 21Builds (“we”, “us”) in Delhi, India. By using ScanGo you agree to them.

What ScanGo does

ScanGo offers document scanning, conversion, compression, editing and related tools. Features can change. Some tools need Premium.

Accounts and age

You can use ScanGo as a guest or with an email or Google account. You must be at least 13 to use the free features and at least 18 to buy Premium. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trial and Premium

• A 3-day free trial of Premium may be offered.
• Premium is a one-time payment for a fixed period: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
• In India you pay in Indian rupees through Razorpay. Outside India you pay through PayPal, and the price may be shown in your local currency at that day’s exchange rate.
• We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Premium belongs to the account you paid with.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. Email 21builds.business@gmail.com from your account email with your payment ID, or the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in about 5 to 7 working days. If you were charged but Premium did not turn on, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Your documents

The files you add stay on your device and are processed there. You keep ownership of them and you are responsible for having the right to use them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to break into it, copy it or reverse engineer it, or process content you have no right to use.

Ownership

ScanGo, its name, logo and software belong to 21Builds.

Disclaimer

ScanGo is provided “as is”. We cannot promise it will always work without errors. Text recognition and conversion quality depend on your file. Keep a copy of important files.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, 21Builds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, from using ScanGo.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile, then Delete account. You can sign up again later, including with the same email.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using ScanGo after a change, you accept the new version.

BeFit

These Terms apply when you use BeFit, a fitness web app made by 21Builds (“we”, “us”) in Delhi, India. By using BeFit you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

What BeFit does

BeFit offers workout plans, diet logging, progress tracking and optional Pro features. Features can change.

Accounts and age

You can use the free features from age 13 and buy Pro from age 18. Give accurate information, keep your login safe and note you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Pro plans and payments

• In India, Pro is an auto-renewing subscription paid through Razorpay. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time in Profile, then Cancel subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Outside India, Pro is a one-time pass paid through PayPal, for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). It does not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown before you pay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Refunds

BeFit gives general fitness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if you have a medical condition. Exercise at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to break its security, copy or reverse engineer it, upload illegal or harmful content, abuse payments, or use someone else’s account.

Ownership

BeFit, its name, logo, content and software belong to 21Builds.

Disclaimer and liability

BeFit is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always work without errors. Food values are estimates. To the extent the law allows, 21Builds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using BeFit.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, then Delete account. You can sign up again later, including with the same email.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using BeFit after a change, you accept the new version.
