Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can ask for a refund within 7 days. How it works depends on the app.

ScanGo

ScanGo Premium is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Premium ends when the period is over.

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. Email 21builds.business@gmail.com from your account email with your payment ID, or the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in about 5 to 7 working days. If you were charged but Premium did not turn on, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

BeFit

In India, BeFit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel any time in Profile, then Cancel subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Outside India, BeFit Pro is a one-time pass that does not renew.
