This policy covers ScanGo and BeFit, apps made by 21Builds in Delhi, India, and this website. Each app has its own section below.
ScanGo
This policy explains what ScanGo, made by 21Builds in Delhi, India, collects and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email if you sign up, and a sign-in ID from Google or email.
- Your documents: files you add stay on your device and are processed there. We do not upload or read them.
- Ratings and feedback: if you rate ScanGo, we store the stars, your optional comment, and your account ID and name.
- Document passwords: when you protect a PDF, a secure hash of the password is saved with the file’s details so ScanGo can check it. We cannot recover a forgotten password.
- Payment records: your plan, the dates and the payment ID. Razorpay or PayPal handles card, UPI and bank details, and we never see them.
- On your device: settings, trial status and your document list are kept in your browser storage.
How we use it
To run your account, check your sign-in, unlock Premium, answer support emails and improve ScanGo. We do not sell your personal data.
Who helps us
Google Firebase (sign-in and ratings), Cloudflare (our payment server), Razorpay and PayPal (payments). They handle data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Account and Premium records are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your login and your Premium record are removed from our server. We may keep limited payment records, and ratings you sent, for accounting, fraud checks and product improvement. Email us to remove a rating. Files on your device stay there until you delete them or clear your browser data.
Security
We use HTTPS and sign-in checks. No system is 100% secure.
Children
ScanGo’s free features are for people aged 13 and over, and Premium is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.
Your choices
Delete your account in Profile, then Delete account, or email 21builds.business@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your data. You can switch camera and file access on or off in your device settings.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top.

BeFit
This policy explains what BeFit, made by 21Builds in Delhi, India, collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your email, display name and profile photo if you sign in with Google or email.
- Fitness data you enter: weight, height, workout history, food logs, water intake, goals and preferences. This can be health-related, and we use it only to run the app for you.
- Barcode lookups: when you scan a packaged food, its barcode number is sent to the Open Food Facts public database to fetch the food’s details.
- Food estimates: when you are signed in and log a food by name and amount, that text is sent through our server to Google’s Gemini AI to estimate nutrition. We do not send photos.
- Feedback you send: your rating, message, and your name and email.
- Payment records: your plan, payment or subscription ID and renewal dates. Razorpay or PayPal handles card, UPI and bank details.
- Technical data: sign-in tokens and error logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To run your account, sync your data between devices, provide workouts and diet tracking, process payments and prevent fraud, answer support emails and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Your rights
You can view and update your details in the app and delete your account in Settings. Email 21builds.business@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data or for deletion. Depending on your country, you may have more rights under local law.
Children
BeFit’s free features are for people aged 13 and over, and Pro is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.

The 21Builds website does not ask you to sign in. It does not use advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and to show prices in your region.
